About Allison Carroll Duffy
Allison is a cook, vegetable gardener, Master Food Preserver, and mom of two young boys. She teaches canning and preserving classes and workshops, and has written about food for various publications including the Boston Globe and Backpacker magazine. Her first book, Preserving Pomona’s Pectin, was published in 2013.
