About Carol Anne Grady

Carol Anne is an aspiring novelist, accidental archivist, dedicated home baker, and all-round kitchen insurgent. Her love of food and interest in trying new recipes prompted her to leap at the chance to join the LC team. (And we’re glad she did!) It’s a long way to leap, too, seeing as she lives in Scotland. (We like to think of her as our foreign correspondent.) When she’s not glued to her laptop formatting recipes for LC, Carol Anne can be found engaged in such undertakings as making her own haggis or eschewing her nation’s traditional drink for a fine imported bourbon.
