Carol Anne is a semi-retired kitchen insurgent, since her career shift to events management means that she’s more likely to choose a menu than to make one. However, she still finds time to feed those around her, including pitching in at a local soup kitchen. While no longer such a regular contributor to the LC team, Carol Anne frequently visits, most often when she’s making Chocolate Bourbon-Spiked Banana Bread or yet another adaptation of Yucatan-Style Slow-Roasted Pork.
