Mario and Chris Borgatti

Mario Borgatti was the pasta craftsman and patriarch of Borgatti’s Ravioli & Egg Noodles in the Bronx, NY. Opened in 1935, Borgatti’s is a third-generation, family-run specialty pasta shop that has been featured on Food Network’s Sara’s Secrets and in Forbes magazine. After Mario passed away in 2014, his son Chris decided to continue the family tradition and now runs the business.
