All of this while still retaining all the great umami flavor of fresh garlic! Moist and rich with notes of molasses, balsamic and tamarind, use it in pastes and sauces or added whole into vegetable dishes, dumplings or eggrolls. Free from papery skins, it is ready to use straight out of the package.
