Aimée Wimbush-Bourque is the creator of the popular food blog Simple Bites. A former chef turned modern homesteader, she lives on a third of an acre of land in a maple forest just outside of Montréal, Canada. Wimbush-Bourque is the mom of three kids, boss of two cats, and farmer of six brown hens.
