Brendan Collins

Brendan Collins is the executive chef at Birch, Larry’s, and The Corner Door in Los Angeles. He previously worked at several prominent restaurants in London, including those of celebrated chef Marco Pierre White. He’s also appeared on Spike TV’s Bar Rescue and MTV’s House of Food. Collins combines French technique, seasonal California ingredients, and his inimitable “British lad” attitude in his cuisine, as well as in his first cookbook, Cooking, Blokes + Artichokes. @chefbrendancollins
