Chris Behr

When Christopher Behr was in college, he saw a “cook wanted” sign at his favorite bar. He offered to work for beer money and ended up running the kitchen for the next couple years. After attending culinary school, he worked at A16 in San Francisc and Balthazar Bakery in New York City and eventually went on to become the executive chef of the Rome Sustainable Food Project. @chris_behr
