About Cree LeFavour

Cree Lafavour is the writer of Poulet, a cookbook focusing on global recipes using chicken and sides, and The New Steak, a cookbook centered around skirt and hanger steak with sides.  Before writing her first cookbook, Lefavour taught writing at NYU and ran a baking business called Pink Frosting. She lives in New Jersey with her husband. @creelefavour
