Daniel Humm

Daniel Humm is the executive chef of NYC’s The NoMad and Eleven Madison Park, which has received three Michelin stars and six James Beard Awards, including Outstanding Chef and Outstanding Restaurant in America. He’s also the co-author of Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook and I Love New York. A native of Switzerland, Humm began his culinary training early and earned his first Michelin star at the age of 24 as the executive chef of Gasthaus zum Gupf in the Swiss Alps. @danielhumm
