Elizabeth Nyland

Elizabeth Nyland is the creator of the popular food blog, Guilty Kitchen. She’s also the author of Cooking with Coconut Oil and Cooking with Avocados. Following in the footsteps of her parents,who grew, hunted, or fished a large portion of their food, Nyland raises her own chickens for meat and eggs, grows her own produce in her huge backyard garden, and buys the rest from local farmers. She lives in Sidney, British Columbia with her husband, Adrian, and their son, Cohen, and daughter, Isla. @guiltykitchen
