She has written over 20 cookbooks, many of which focus on one singular topic, such as Cool Smoothies, Juice and Tonics, Salads, and Pumpkin, Butternut and Squash. Elsa Petersen-Schepelern began her working life as a publicist for movie stars, best-selling novelists, sportsmen and comedians, as well as top chefs, before focusing on food. Elsa resides in London.
