Elsa Petersen Schepelern is a Danish-Australian food and wine author and editor. She has written over 20 cookbooks, many of which focus on one singular topic, such as Cool Smoothies, Juice and Tonics, Salads, and Pumpkin, Butternut and Squash. Elsa Petersen-Schepelern began her working life as a publicist for movie stars, best-selling novelists, sportsmen and comedians, as well as top chefs, before focusing on food. Elsa resides in London.
