Greg Patent is a baker, cooking instructor, and the creator of the popular food blog The Baking Wizard. He’s also the author of nearly a dozen cookbooks, including Baking in America, which was an IACP Cookbook Award finalist and 2003 James Beard Award winner. In addition, he co-hosts The Food Guys on Montana Public Radio. He lives in Missoula, MT. @gregpatent
