Greg Seider

Greg Seider has worked at a myriad of culinary and cocktail destinations in New York, including The Mercer Kitchen, Asia de Cuba, The Box, and Minetta Tavern. In 2009, he opened The Summit Bar, which was named Best Cocktail Bar by New York Magazine. He also created the cocktail program for the lounge at three-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Bernadin and co-owns the restaurants Prima and Manhattan Cricket Club.
