Janet A. Zimmerman has been teaching culinary classes and writing about food for more than 15 years. Her work has appeared in Martha Stewart Living, NPR’s Kitchen Window blog, and About.com. A recipient of the Bert Greene Journalism Award from the International Association of Culinary Professionals, she’s also the author of nearly half a dozen cookbooks, including her most recent title, The Healthy Pressure Cooker Cookbook.
