Jeffrey Morgenthaler is an award-winning bartender and who manages the bar at Clyde Common in Portland, Oregon. He’s also the creator of an eponymous cocktail blog, Jeffrey Morgenthaler. His recipes have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Imbibe magazine, among other publications. Martha Holmberg is a food writer, editor, and the communications and content director of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. She previously served as the publisher and editor of Fine Cooking magazine and the food editor of the Oregonian newspaper. She lives in Portland, OR.
