Along with their family, Kay LeRoy and Jennifer Oz LeRoy are the owners of the celebrated Tavern on the Green in Manhattan’s Central Park. They’re also the authors of a cookbook by the same name, Tavern on the Green. Kay has been with Tavern for more than 30 years while Jennifer started as a dishwasher when she was 19, determined to learn every aspect of the restaurant business.
