About José Pizarro

José Pizarro is chef and owner of José and Pizarro, his eponymous tapas bar and restaurant, respectively, in London. He was previously the head chef at the Michelin-starred El Mesón de Doña Filo in Madrid. He’s also the author of nearl half a dozen cookbooks, including is most recent title, José Pizarro’s Spanish Flavors. Pizarro appears regularly on UK food TV and lives in London. @jose_pizarro
