Founded in 2007, Skillet has been featured in Real Simple, GQ, The Washington Post, Details, and Food & Wine, and their Bacon Jam was named the number one food at the 2011 Fancy Food Show. The Skillet Cookbook is Henderson’s first book. @skilletstfood
