About Katie Caldesi

Katie Caldesi, together with her husband Giancarlo, owns two Italian restaurants in England, Caffé Caldesi and Caldesi, and runs an Italian cooking school in London, La Cucina Caldesi. She’s also the author of more than half a dozen cookbooks, including The Italian Cooking Course, which was nominated for a James Beard Best International Cookbook award. She and Giancarlo live in London with their two sons. @katiecaldesi
