About Lisa Dupar

Lisa Dupar is a caterer and the chef of Pomegranate Bistro and POMBAR in Redmond, WA. She was born in Mexico City but grew up in Atlanta and Charleston. Her first cookbook, Fried Chicken & Champagne, was named after her favorite pairing and won the IACP Cookbook Award for First Book (The Julia Child Award) in 2011. Dupar lives in Bellevue, WA with her husband, Jonathan, and their two Dachshunds, Mia and Pele. @lisaduparcatering
