Lorraine Pascale is the host of Cooking Channel’s Fresh, Fast and Easy and a judge on Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championship and Spring Baking Championship. She’s also the author of more than half a dozen cookbooks, including her most recent title, Everyday Easy. Before pursuing her passion for food, Pascale was a highly successful model in the ’90s, fronting campaigns for Versace, Donna Karan, and Gap.
