Mai Pham grew up in both Vietnam and Thailand – the focus of her 3 cookbooks. In addition to cookbook writing, she is a columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle and a contributor to the Los Angeles Times. Pham is an owner of La Bou Bakery and Cafe group in Northern California and the chef/owner of Lemon Grass Restaurant in Sacramento. @LGKcreations
