Mailou and Alexandre Champagne

Mailou Champagne and her husband, Alexandre Champagne, are the creators of the blog Trois Fois Par Jour (Three Times A Day), which refers, of course, to how many times one is expected to sit down at the table each day. Mailou’s cooking spans all styles of eating, including gluten-free, lactose-intolerant, vegetarian, weeknight-friendly, and so on. Her husband, Alexandre, is the photographic force behind the blog.
