Michael Ronis

Michael Ronis was the founding chef at Carmine’s Legendary Family Style Italian Restaurant and the executive chef at the Alicart Restaurant Group. Growing up on a farm in Norma, NJ, he learned to cook at a young age and trained everywhere from New York and California to Italy and England.
