About Molly Moon Neitzel

Molly Moon Neitzel is an expert ice cream eater turned enthusiastic ice cream maker. After a career in the political and music industries, Neitzel gave in to her ice cream obsession. Five scoop shops and a blue ice cream truck later, Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream has been hailed as among the country’s best by Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, and Travel + Leisure magazines.
