Peter Servold

Peter Servold has worked in the culinary and restaurant field his whole life. He started out as a dishwasher when he was 13, ran front-of-house operations in multiple restaurants, and finally graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, GA. Along with his wife Sarah, he’s now the owner of Pete’s Paleo, a company that produces and ships ready-to-eat Paleo meals around the country. Paleo by Season is his first cookbook. @petespaleo
