About Pitt Cue Co.

Simon Anderson, Tom Adams, Jamie Berger and Richard H. Turner are the owners of the restaurant Pitt Cue Co. in London’s Soho neighborhood and the authors of a cookbook by the same name, Pitt Cue Co. They brought together their experience from Hawksmoor, The Albion, The Blueprint Café, and Brunswick House to create a finger-licking, bourbon-drinking paradise that’s taken the city by storm. They started Pitt Cue Co. in summer 2011, dishing out Southern slow-cooked food from a trailer before moving to a brick and mortar space in January 2012. @PittCueCo

Beer from a Budweiser bottle being poured into a glass of mean shandy.

Mean Shandy

What, pray tell, is a mean shandy, you ask? Think of a regular shandy with a spirited streak. There you have it.

A glass bottle filled with homemade lemonade syrup, a bowl of lemons, and two glasses on a wooden table.

Homemade Lemonade

Pucker up, cuz you’re going to want to sip the bejeebers out of this ridiculously easy, sweetly tart lemonade. Wowza.
