Regina Charboneau

Regina Charboneau has launched numerous restaurants, including Kings Tavern in Natchez, MS, and Regina’s at the Regis and Biscuits & Blues in San Francisco, CA. She’s also the culinary director of the American Queen, a luxury paddlewheel boat that travels the Mississippi and served as a longtime Southern foodways columnist for The Atlantic. She hosts visitors at Twin Oaks Bed and Breakfast, her antebellum home in Natchez. Mississippi Current Cookbook is her first book. @chefregina
