Robert Danhi

Robert Danhi is a chef and food writer specializing in Southeast Asian cuisine. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, he returned as a faculty member in 1998. He’s also the founder of an eponymous consulting firm, Chef Danhi & Co Inc., which focuses on menu and product development. Danhi is the author of Southeast Asian Flavors and Easy Thai Cooking. He enjoys roasting whole pigs in the backyard, fermenting chili sauces in his test kitchen, and baking and churning ice cream with his friends and family. @chefdanhi
