About Suvir Saran

Suvir Saran is a New Delhi-born cookbook author and culinary instructor. He’s also the executive chef/owner of Michelin-star restaurant Dévi in New York City. Known as an Indian food authority, he has appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters. Saran divides his time between Manhattan and upstate New York.
