Tom Colicchio

Tom Colicchio is the chef/co-owner of New York’s celebrated Gramercy Tavern and the founder of the Craft Restaurant Group. He’s also the head judge on Bravo’s Top Chef and the author of nearly half a dozen cookbooks, including Think Like a Chef, Craft of Cooking and ‘wichcraft. He has received multiple James Beard awards, including “Outstanding Chef” in 2010. Colicchio lives in New York City with his wife and their son Dante, who is a big fan of his father’s veal-ricotta meatballs. @tomcolicchio
