About Tom Colicchio
Tom Colicchio is the chef/co-owner of New York’s celebrated Gramercy Tavern and the founder of the Craft Restaurant Group. He’s also the head judge on Bravo’s Top Chef and the author of nearly half a dozen cookbooks, including Think Like a Chef, Craft of Cooking and ‘wichcraft. He has received multiple James Beard awards, including “Outstanding Chef” in 2010.
