Tom Mylan

Tom Mylan is the executive chef and co-owner of The Meat Hook, a butcher shop in Brooklyn Kitchen, the largest cooking school for home cooks in New York City. He’s also the author of a cookbook by the same name, The Meat Hook Meat Book. Mylan has been featured in Food & Wine and Gourmet, as well as appeared on Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife Annaliese. @themeathook
