About Uyen Luu

Uyen Luu is a writer, cook and food photographer. She trained in fine art film and video at Central St Martins. Uyen hosts a Vietnamese supper club in her East London studio where she cooks dishes she learned from her mother. Uyen also teaches Vietnamese cookery.

Her debut book, My Vietnamese Kitchen was published by Ryland Peters & Small in 2013. Her latest book Vietnamese is published by Hardie Grant 2021. @loveleluu
