About Vefa Alexiadou

Vefa Alexiadou is a chef and the author of nearly a dozen cookbooks, including her most recent title, Vefa’s Kitchen. A leading authority on Greek cuisine, she regularly gives lectures and demonstrations on Greek recipes.
