Zorah Booley is the founder of In the Midnight Kitchen, where she shares recipes for clean eating designed to help you heal your body and mind. She’s a food photographer and Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef, and her work has been featured by international publications such as Cosmopolitan South Africa and Women’s Health South Africa.
