On a lightly floured work surface, roll one of the dough disks out to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Use a 4 1/2-inch snowflake-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the cookies. Using a 5/8-inch petal-shaped aspic cutter, cut out shapes from the interior of each snowflake or leave some without cutouts, if you want. If you plan to hang the snowflakes as ornaments, use a straw to cut out a hole on one of the points of each snowflake.☞ TESTER TIP: Save the dough scraps for rerolling and cutting out more cookies. Don't you dare waste them!
