Izy Hossack is the creator of the popular food blog Top with Cinnamon, which she launched at the age of 15 as a way of documenting her favorite recipes. She’s also the author of a cookbook by the same name, Top with Cinnamon. Hossack studies food science & nutrition at the University of Leeds and thrives on lattes and cake batter straight from the bowl. She lives in London. @izyhossack
