Sometimes you just need a cookie. It could be an extra long commute… a bad day at work… or, a good day at work. If only the recipes didn’t make two or three dozen.

Edd has developed small batch recipes for cookies of all kinds: there’s chocolate chip and a bunch of variations like double and triple chocolate, dark chocolate and cherry, and white chocolate and lemon. Others recipes vanilla, peanut butter, ginger, oat and raisin, and coconut.
Lemon Madeleines are slightly sweet with a hint of citrus. They’re the perfect treat for tea time or any time.
