Ivy Stark | Joanna Pruess

Ivy Stark is the executive chef at New York City’s Dos Caminos and the co-author of a cookbook by the same name, Dos Caminos. A graduate of Peter Kump’s (now the Institute of Culinary Education), she’s worked in celebrated restaurants across the country, including the award-winning Border Grill, Sign of the Dove, Cena, Ciudad, Match Uptown, Zocalo, Rosa Mexicano, and Amalia. @ivystark
