Michael Chiarello is the chef and owner of Bottega in Yountville, CA, and the Emmy award-winning host of Easy Entertaining with Michael Chiarello. He’s also the author of nearly a dozen cookbooks, including his most recent title, Live Fire. Chiarello has appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef and Top Chef Masters and competed on Food Network’s The Next Iron Chef. He lives in Napa Valley. @chefchiarello
