Valerie Aikman-Smith

Valerie Aikman-Smith is a Los Angeles-based food stylist and writer. She has worked under the tutelage of Alice Waters at the celebrated Chez Panisse in San Francisco and has styled food for the Food Network’s TV shows and films including Titanic and Ocean’s Eleven. She’s also the author of nearly half a dozen cookbooks, including her most recent title, Smoke & Spice. @valerieaikmansmith
