Anne Stiles Quatrano fell in love with cooking during summers at her mother’s family farm, Summerland, near Cartersville, GA. She's now the author of a cookbook by the same name, Summerland. Along with her husband, Clifford, she's also the chef at four restaurants in Atlanta—Bacchanalia, Floataway Café, Quinones, and Abattoir. Quatrano has been named "Best Chef: Southeast" by the James Beard Foundation and "Best New Chef" by Food & Wine and has been featured in The New York Times, Southern Living, Garden & Gun, and Bon Appétit.
