Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier

Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier are the chefs and owners of Arrows Restaurant and MC Perkins Cove, both in Ogunquit, Maine. The chefs have long been proponents of the sustainable food movement and built Arrows Garden, which grows produce for both restaurants, in 1992. Frasier and Gaier were awarded Best Chefs Northeast by the James Beard Foundation in 2010.
