Micah Carr-Hill is Head of Taste at Green & Black’s Organic Chocolate, meaning he creates their recipes for everything from chocolate bars to ice cream. Carr-Hill had a knack for combining flavors at an early age and went on to become a food scientist. Green & Black's Organic Ultimate Chocolate Recipes is his first cookbook.
