Antonio Carluccio is a London-based chef and restaurateur and the founder of Carluccio’s, an Italian food shop and cafe with more than 70 locations in the UK and abroad. He has written 13 cookbooks on Italian cuisine and hosted the BBC television series, Antonio Carlucci’s Italian Feasts.
