About Cathy and Tony Mantuano

Tony Mantuano is the chef and partner of Spiaggia and Bar Toma in Chicago. Tony is also known for season two of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters. Cathy Mantuano is his wife, the wine director at Bar Toma, and a wine and food pairing consultant.
