About Dina Cheney

Dina Cheney is the author of nearly half a dozen cookbooks, including her most recent title, Meatless All Day. She attended the Culinary Arts Career program at NYC’s Institute of Culinary Education and taught cooking classes throughout the city for 2 1/2 years. Her work has also appeared in Cooking Light, Fine Cooking, and Coastal Living, among other publications. @authordinacheney
