About Ellen Brown

Ellen Brown was the founding food editor of USA Today. She’s now the author of nearly four dozen cookbooks and writes a weekly column for the Providence Journal. Her work has also appeared in the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Bon Appétit, and Art Culinaire. In 1985, Brown was inducted into the prestigious “Who’s Who of Cooking in America.” She lives in Providence, RI. @ellen-brown
