About Karen DeMasco

Karen DeMasco was the original pastry chef at Craft, Craftbar, and ‘wichcraft in New York City. The winner of the 2005 James Beard Award for Best Pastry Chef, she has worked in many of America’s most illustrious pastry kitchens, including Chanterelle and Gramercy Tavern of New York City and Fore Street of Portland, ME. She is currently the pastry chef at Robert De Niro’s restaurant Locanda Verde in Manhattan. @karendemasco
