Rosetta Costantino

Author and cooking instructor Rosetta Costantino was born and raised in Verbicaro, a small wine-producing hill town at the southern tip of Italy in Calabria. She’s the author of two cookbooks, Southern Italian Desserts and My Calabria, the latter of which was nominated for an IACP award in 2011. Costantino lives in Oakland, CA.@rosettacostantino
